Abstract
Trace anomalies for a scalar and a Dirac field theoris in 6 space-time dimensions are evaluated by making use of our result for the third heat kernel coefficient presented in the previous paper. Among 17 possible terms, 7 terms are eliminated by adding local counter terms to the original action. The results for a scalar thoery are compared with the results by other people.
