Abstract

@ Healthy cookies named gPopeye Daisuki Cookiesh were made at Gifu City Womenfs College and an investigation was carried out to find peoplefs reactions toward these cookies at the college campus festival (Tōrinsai). In the survey, nearly 93% of the people who tried the cookies were satisfied with their taste, and nearly 58% were satisfied with the texture. In these cookies, vitamin A and potassium were more abundant than regular cookies, and there was less sodium and fewer calories.
