Abstract

    The objective of this study was to ascertain the current dietary habits of kindergarteners and the dietary awareness of their guardians and design effective food education that can be implemented in kindergartens and at home. Food education check sheet was used to assess dietary habits at home over several days. The results clarified that both the average scores and the degree of implementation of food education at home were high. One of the reasons was that the guardians were highly motivated and had a high level of trust in the kindergartens. In the future, we plan to continue to provide food education and assess the behavior modification process of individuals.
