Support of cure for ghi-eh (cold-feeling)

Abstract

gHi-eh is cold-feeling and often suffers young women. This report aims to support patients suffering from ghi-eh. 16 volunteers with ghi-eh tried to change their habits according to manual. Before the trial, their habits were checked by questionnaire. They chose some items after explanation by the authors. The items included exercise, diet, sleep, bath, relaxation, clothes, and others. They tried the items and filled up check-sheets daily for 3 months. Authors received the check-sheets from the patients each month. After 3-months trial, all patients reduced suffering parts, suffering time, or suffering grade. 2 of 16 felt no ghi-eh after trial. Good effects were gained by exercises, increase food intake, hot drink, ginger, clothes, or bath. The effect of an item differed from person to person. We suggest the daily check and some inquiries for supporting patientfs effort to reduce ghi-eh.
