Abstract

The program operated by the department of apparel and interior design, Gifu City Women’s College, titled ‘Education interacted with regional community by the medium of design’ was adopted one of the program of the so called COL program Presented by the Ministry of education, culture, sports, science and technology, Japan. This paper aims to reorganize the data when we applied and to record the documentation. Our program was applied under the theme of ‘double education’ for students and regional community. This bases on the concept that our college existing in the Gifu region can set up not only the educational place for students but also the place to boost the development of Gifu area by maintaining an interchange each other.
